  • Support the Commercial Sales Division team with product/sales inquiries.
  • Handle purchase order inquiries with the Inventory Analyst.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quote requests and item creation.
  • Ensure requests are processed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities
  • Support entire Commercial Sales Division team including directors, sales associates & satellite locations by answering any questions regarding products/sales within a 24 hour period
  • Purchase order inquiries — the request must be sent to the Inventory Analyst
  • Vendors — all quotes requests must be sent to the buyers and the purchasing coordinator
  • Vendors — all item creation to be requested to the vendor and once received it must be created in our internal systems; it must be signed off by Buyer & Inventory analyst. Once created an email is sent to the team
  • Core – send request to the inventory analyst to make the changes and order the product
  • Must have excellent communication, written skills
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
