What will you do?

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our order management process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, such as:
    • Booking orders into SAP using our intuitive front‑end tool, BuyAutomation.
    • Updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system SalesForce.com.
    • Using Microsoft SharePoint tool to manage order workload and route booking packages.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with our Delivery organization and factory contacts to expedite shipments, handle returns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Own your work: Take full accountability for orders booked and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Respond to Collections inquiries and assist with month‑end closing activities.
  • Drive performance: Stay motivated and deliver results with minimal supervision.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: A true team player with effective verbal and written communication skills.

The compensation range for this full‑time position, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive, is CAD 64,000 – CAD 96,000 for candidates who are B.C. and O.N. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
