What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with Sales to understand customer challenges, workflows, and system requirements

  • Conduct technical assessments and map government workflows to platform capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with an interdisciplinary understanding of Business and Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Engineer, Product Engineer, or technical customer‑facing role (SaaS preferred/GovTech)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and passport for client travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting government clients or working within the GovTech sector
  • Familiarity with supporting RFPs, technical evaluations, or procurement processes
