The Role u00A0 Weu2019re all about ongoing learning and growth of our people, and our Sales Enablement function is necessary for facilitating this for our Sellers. As part of this objective, the Sales Enablement Lead is an important role in driving our end-to-end process for equipping our Sales team with the knowledge and skills they need, from initial consultation and through delivery. Reporting into the VP, Revenue Enablement, your output and areas of ownership will include completing these recommendations by planning, prioritizing, developing, and delivering communication and enablement material to all Sellers at EZRA.u00A0 u00A0

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sellers to gather needs and trends across regions and functions, using these insights to prioritize the creation, communication, maintenance, and engagement of enablement programs that support sales effectiveness and seller performance.
  • Design and develop enablement programs, delivering enablement experiences when appropriate, applying the ADDIE framework across analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Programs are designed to drive core sales behaviours and outcomes such as improving time to value, sales cycle efficiency, deal quality, retention, and expansion.u00A0
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional partners to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities by region and segment, contributing recommendations that support growth, performance, and overall seller impact.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively, meeting schedules, adapting to change, and communicating risks or blockers in a timely manner to support successful delivery . u00A0
  • Partner with the Revenue Enablement Programs team to maintain enablement content within our LMS based on change initiatives, business events and trend identification across the business.
  • Monitor engagement and effectiveness of enablement output; analyze quantitative and qualitative trends and apply insights to maintain and continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Maintain a reliable, professional presence, including flexibility for global collaboration when required.u00A0
About you
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related learning function, with demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering enablement programs for sales audiences.
  • Experience with instructional design including working with workshops and curriculum program development is required.
  • Outstanding facilitation skills are a must (both in-person and virtual), with experience working with and delivering training for all levels of stakeholders.
  • Grounding in adult learning and organizational development through formal education or demonstrated equivalent experience applying these methods in practice.
  • The ability to work and tailor messaging for different level of audience.
  • Familiarity with common sales tools (e.g., Gong, Sales Navigator, CRM platforms) and a strong willingness to learn new technologies quickly as the sales stack evolves.
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to align on scope and priorities with guidance, communicate risks and dependencies in a timely manner, and manage assigned initiatives to meet agreed timelines and quality expectations.
  • Comfortable collaborating across global time zones; occasional travel for in-person enablement and key meetings.
  • Occasional travel is required to support in-person enablement delivery (e.g., onboarding, workshops, field sessions). Travel needs will vary based on program priorities, regional needs, and business context.
