Under the supervision of the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for :

  • Represent the company to potential clients, suppliers and collaborators.
  • Develop and maintain privileged, long-lasting and profitable business relationships with existing and potential clients; building owners and managers, general contractors, developers and engineering firms.
  • Increase the company's revenue through the implementation of a sales and marketing plan.
  • Supervise the sales team.

Main responsibilities :

  • Develop, present and implement sales and marketing strategies to reach the company's target sectors: Industrial and manufacturing, commercial, offices, institutional.
  • Inspire the sales team with proven work methods and focus on work efficiency.
  • Follow and coordinate the initiatives of the "farmer / customer manager" employees.
  • Manage and follow up with the sales team to ensure the renewal of all maintenance agreements and the increase of the company's turnover.
  • Increase the level of customer satisfaction by implementing sales and marketing initiatives.

Contribute to the notoriety of the company:

  • Represent the company to customers, suppliers and employees.
  • Convey the mission, vision and values of the company in its daily activities.
  • Provide recommendations for the optimization of organizational efficiency, work climate and the quality of customer relations.
