Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Deliver a positive, engaging customer experience and participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals.
  • Perform POS (point of sale) transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments and replenishment.
  • Meet and exceed shift targets.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Operate in a team environment and contribute to a fun store culture.
Qualifications
  • 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education required.
  • Smart Serve Certification is required.
  • Retail experience is an asset.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending, and climbing ladders.
