What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers to maximize sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming every customer warmly;
• Helping customers find products, answering questions, explaining features, and suggesting items;
• Being available in the fitting room;
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided);
• Preparing and displaying products to enhance the shopping experience;
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization;
• Sharing your top product picks with customers;
• Processing transactions at the cash register;
• Adhering to company policies and procedures (training provided);
• Supporting team duties as needed.
