Grow your career with a company that shares your passion! Our Business Development/Sales team has an exciting new opportunity to join Sodexo as our next Sales Administrator / Executive Support. This role is based in Etobicoke, ON and follows a Hybrid Workplace Policy, with 2 in-office days per week.
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (CAD)

The Sales Administrator supports the Business Development and Operations teams by maintaining accurate sales and marketing data, contributing to proposal and presentation development, and managing the 2.3 sales compliance process and database. This role partners across functional areas to build a best‑practice and proof‑source library, coordinates events and conferences, and provides administrative support that strengthens the sales process. The position also offers light executive support to senior leadership, including scheduling, invoice processing, correspondence, and document preparation.
