Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents such as work orders, bill of landing or shipping order to route materials.
  • Contact carrier representative to make arrangement or to issue instruction for shipping and delivery of materials.
  • Count and verify items throughout warehouse that need to be sent back to vendor.
  • Record shipment data such as weight, charges space availability damages or discrepancy for reporting, accounting or record purposes.
  • Coordinate with vendor to request and process RTV shipment
  • Support fields with regards to RMA, status request, general inquiries, account problems, customers concern.
  • Daily follow up of pending or missing RMA.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications
  • Administrative experience required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office programs
