Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:

  • Assists and follows directions from Resident Manager, Assistant Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager.
  • Maintains marketing, advertising and available notifications of properties.
  • Use of sales skills and techniques to lease apartments by being knowledgeable about market conditions, competition and amenities on the property and in the surrounding area.
  • Prepares and keeps a monthly market survey of comps in the surrounding area.
  • Responds to inquiries, shows homes and apartments.
  • Processes rental applications in accordance with company policy.
  • Assists in rent collections.
  • Leases properties, prepares paperwork, perform lease signing and move in inspections.
  • Contacts utility companies to ensure transfer at move in.
  • Assists with resident requests, posts notices and provides administrative support as requested.
  • Preparing and hosting resident functions and activities
  • Processes lease renewals
  • Performs verbal and written communications to tenants as directed by the Resident Manager and/or Senior Portfolio Manager.
