Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Medicine/Palliative Care or Emergency Department is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret clients' physical and psychological conditions.
• Collaborate with the medical team to craft personal care plans.
• Document full-cycle resident care timely and maintain confidentiality.

Skills

BCLS/ACLS

Specialized skills in Medical/Surgical Nursing or Emergency Dept

Ability to plan, organize and problem solve

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of Meditech Information System

Education

Valid and current registered member with the College of Nurses of Ontario

CPR certification

Proof of Covid Vaccination

TB test or Chest X-ray
