Your role

As the Bilingual RFP Associate Manager, you take care of the regional contract management for all consumable, equipment and service contracts. You get to work with key business partners, primarily Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Legal, to ensure successful end‑to‑end management of all contracts providing coordination of Contracts (new and re‑signs), as well as providing support. Engage in Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Tender responses supporting the RFP & Contracts Manager with various background information on the account(s) until completion of the submission.

This can be located on site in Mississauga or remote in Quebec.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of contracts for region respective customers
  • Provide accurate and timely notification of pricing and eligibility to customers and assist with management of the Regional Contract Calendar taking into the account the national perspective
  • Support RFP Lead with regional RFP’s and RFI’s for the region
  • Complete and manage contract process (new, renewals, capital, consumables, lease, quotes, extensions)
  • Managing contract process, leading the process for preparation of agreements, contracts, and/or price quotations
  • Ensure full compliance with Baxter documented procedures (SOPs, BOPs, Approval Rights, Signature Rights, RACI Matrix, Contract Forms Package, Contract Templates)
  • Organizing kickoff, and status updates calls/meetings for resigns with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, legal, finance, pricing, etc)
  • Big Board maintenance and Contract Calendar end‑to‑end management
  • Support other Baxter Canada Contracts and Pricing initiatives as the need arises
  • Liaise with customers on building opportunities to improve relationships in conjunction with the sales team to enhance contract management
  • Provide Sales with monthly status reports on contract renewals/negotiations identifying outstanding tasks
  • Proactively provide decision support and recommendations to simplify and integrate processes Assessment of future support requirements given the dynamic nature of the business
  • Continuous focus on process improvement and simplification challenging the status quo and evaluating opportunities to simplify, integrate and accelerate contracting/pricing processes
  • Directly accountable to ensure the integrity and compliance with Baxter policies and procedures, maintain internal control environment including compliance with SOX

Vos responsabilités

Élaboration, mise en œuvre et suivi des contrats pour les clients de la région. Communication précise et opportune des prix et des critères d'admissibilité aux clients et participation à la gestion du calendrier contractuel régional, en tenant compte des perspectives nationales. Soutien au responsable des appels d'offres pour les appels d'offres et les demandes d'information régionales. Gestion complète du processus contractuel (nouveaux contrats, renouvellements, investissements, consommables, baux, devis, prolongations). Gestion du processus contractuel et pilotage de la préparation des ententes, contrats et/ou devis. Garantie du respect intégral des procédures documentées de Baxter (procédures opérationnelles normalisées, procédures opérationnelles normalisées, droits d'approbation, droits de signature, matrice RACI, formulaires et modèles de contrats). Organisation de réunions de lancement et de suivi avec les principaux intervenants (ventes, marketing, juridique, finances, tarification, etc). Gestion complète du tableau de bord et de l'échéancier contractuel. Soutien aux autres initiatives de Baxter Canada en matière de contrats et de tarification, selon les besoins. Liaison avec les clients pour identifier les occasions de développement. Améliorer les relations avec l'équipe des ventes afin d'optimiser la gestion des contrats. Fournir à l'équipe des ventes des rapports mensuels sur les renouvellements et les négociations de contrats, en identifiant les tâches en cours. Fournir un soutien à la décision et des recommandations proactives pour simplifier et intégrer les processus. Évaluer les besoins futurs en matière de soutien compte tenu de la nature dynamique de l'activité. S'attacher en permanence à l'amélioration et à la simplification des processus, en remettant en question le statu quo et en évaluant les occasions de simplifier, d'intégrer et d'accélérer les processus de contractualisation et de tarification. Assurer l'intégrité et la conformité aux politiques et procédures de Baxter, et maintenir un environnement de contrôle interne, notamment la conformité à la loi Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX).

Profil recherché

Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.

Diplôme universitaire requis.

3 ans d'expérience pertinente minimum requis.

5 ans d'expérience minimum dans le domaine de la santé, un atout.

MBA avec spécialisation en contrats ou en gestion d'entreprise, un atout. Expérience en administration des contrats et de la tarification.

Expérience en négociation directe d'accords de petite et moyenne envergure.

Expérience en soutien aux ventes, gestion des contrats et gestion des appels d'offres.
