Retail Sales Associate – Club Med Resorts Canada or Overseas

Join Club Med as a Retail Sales Associate at resorts in Canada or overseas. You will help guests find what they need, create an inviting shop environment, and contribute to club-wide merchandising and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs and advise them.
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately.
• Manage the shop (stock, supply, and storage) while respecting Club Med merchandising norms and standards.
• Promote and set up commercial activities in collaboration with other resort services (sports, events, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and help maintain the resort’s assets.
