Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales of souvenirs, clothing, and jewelry
• Assist as needed in the Photo Department
• Uphold our high standards of service, merchandising, and display
• Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit cards, and cash‑out forms responsibly
• Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized
• Communicate with co‑workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion
• Apply upselling and cross‑selling techniques to maximize staff incentives
• Collect feedback from customers, answer the phone, and facilitate efficient inventory management and movement
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excited about living and working in a remote, social environment
• Previous guest service and cash handling experience an asset
• Guest service‑oriented mindset and passion for delivering memorable experiences
• Speaks a second language (asset)
• Mature, energetic, dependable, and self‑motivated

The starting wage for this role is $18.00/hour.
