Major Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Restaurant Operations - Manage all front- and back-of-house functions to ensure smooth service.
- Staff Management - Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Monitor performance and ensure team productivity.
- Customer Service Excellence - Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Create a welcoming and high-quality dining experience.
- Inventory & Supply Management - Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
- Budgeting & Cost Control - Manage expenses, optimize resources, and ensure profitability. Analyze financial reports and control labor and food costs.
- Compliance with Quality & Hygiene Standards - Enforce food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and cleanliness protocols. Conduct regular inspections and staff hygiene training.
- Menu Planning & Coordination - Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff on menu design and updates.
- Sales & Marketing Support - Implement promotions, upselling strategies, and local marketing initiatives.
- POS & System Oversight - Ensure accurate billing, use of POS systems, and maintain records.
- Reporting & Documentation - Generate sales, labor, and inventory reports for senior management.
