Job summary

An esteemed public service organization in Invermere is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee daily operations, enforce regulations, and ensure top-notch customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and leadership abilities to manage a team of 11-15 people. Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and experience in accounting software and related tools. This is an on-site position where work is performed at the physical location without remote options.

Responsibilities

  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Cost products and services.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
