Un restaurant local à Oshawa recherche un gestionnaire de restaurant pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes. Vous serez responsable de la gestion du personnel, de l'analyse budgétaire et de la satisfaction client. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un certificat d'études secondaires et une expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire. Tasks

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
