This new Rsidentail site will start from March 2026. As a Residential Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service. Scheduled patrols and Excellent reporting, since you will be working with people in Residential environment.

P2: Monday to Friday 1500-2300

P3: Monday to Friday 2300-0700

P4: Saturday and Sunday 0700-1500

P5: Saturday and Sunday 1500-2300

P6: Saturday and Sunday 2300-0700

P7: Saturday and Sunday 0700-1900

P8: Saturday and Sunday 1900-0700

Responsibilities for Residential Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks and maintain order and establish presence
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Scan check points with G-Track without deviation.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.

Qualifications for Residential Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• We will assist you in obtaining a Manitoba Security license if you dont have one.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of G-Track systems (Asset)
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
