About The Role

We are looking for an Apprentice Carpenter with at least one year of construction or carpentry experience to join our growing team. What You\'ll Do
  • Assist carpenters in framing, finishing, and installation work across custom residential projects
  • Learn to read and interpret construction drawings, gaining hands-on experience with layouts and measurements
  • Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment under supervision
  • Support site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup to keep projects running efficiently
  • Practice proper building techniques while continuously developing technical skills
  • Uphold safety standards, contributing to a secure and organized work environment
  • Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and accountability as you grow into greater responsibility
