This is your chance to use your excellent computer, Internet, research and resourcing skills to help our recruiters and account managers identify, screen and find best-in-class candidates for our clients. This work entails extensive database and internet searching.

You must have:

• 3+ years corporate business experience in resourcing, research, sales, recruitment or Human Resources.
• Executive-Class English communication skills
• A logical mind to ensure search criteria will return the results you’re looking for. Also, you have the ability to solve problems and identify new and innovative ways to access top candidates.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Persistence, Self-motivation and entrepreneurship
• The ability and desire to work remotely from your home in addition to our office (downtown Toronto)
• Up-to-date computer with high-speed Internet access
• A strong technical competency of MS Office applications and Internet. You have good typing and computer skills.
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage people in conversations anywhere!
