ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Advocacy & Bargaining, the Research Analyst conducts research and analysis related to key areas of focus for the AJC. These include, but are not limited to, LP-relevant compensation practices, job evaluation, conditions of employment, diversity, inclusion, equity, and other work-related issues affecting members.
The Analyst conducts analysis on key issues and prepares reports for review with designated stakeholders and provides advice within their area of expertise.
