Roles and Responsibilities:
The Report Developer will support automation of regular and ad-hoc reporting focused on engineering value delivery. The team produces cyclical and ad-hoc reports covering Project Portfolio Execution, Risk Remediation, and Change Management.
- Designs, implements, and maintains data analytics and reporting solutions for Project Portfolio Management.
- Communicates with project and portfolio management practitioners to support report adoption, validate data, and gather feature requests.
- Collaborates with SMEs to understand data requirements and translate them into data models.
- Assembles large, complex data sets, identifies logical connections, and automates data validation and ETL processes.
- Contributes to the evolution of Project Portfolio Management processes and tools.
Must Have Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with:
- Power BI / M language
- SQL
- JIRA / JQL
- Designing solutions for complex corporate systems
- Strong technical background with experience in relational databases, data quality, analytics, ETL, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a software engineering background.
- Outcome-oriented, capable of delivering, executing, identifying risks, and resolving issues quickly. Able to influence outcomes across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Ability to think abstractly and simplify complex issues or solutions into actionable tasks.
