Qualifications

  • Must have full availability to work Saturday and Sunday.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Fluently bilingual, written and spoken, in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all prospective and current Resident inquiries via phone and email.
  • Organize and schedule visitor showings and appointments in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Track and manage Leads and Wait Listed prospects.
  • Update apartment postings on internet listing services and social media.
  • Complete weekly variance reporting and other assigned reports.
