The Role

We are looking for a professional, well-spoken administrative and reception support specialist to join us as a remote contractor (paid through Deel). You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering calls, managing inbound/outbound communications, and providing seamless administrative support to our consulting team.

This role is ideal for someone with a native English accent and strong communication skills who enjoys being the welcoming voice of a company while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle outbound calls to clients and partners as required.
  • Manage email inboxes, calendars, and schedules.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Draft reports, SOPs, and compliance documents.
  • Support project coordination between office staff and field technicians.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Candidate with native English fluency and a clear, professional phone voice.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or virtual assistant.
  • Confident in handling inbound/outbound calls.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
