Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of qualitative research experience, preferably with Indigenous communities.
• Familiarity with Indigenous research ethics and participatory approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative research projects including alumni interviews and focus groups.
• Develop methodologies aligned with Indigenous storytelling.
• Collaborate with production teams to create impact stories.
• Draft written outputs for reports and communications.
• Support the development of an Impact Measurement Strategy.
