Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or willingness to obtain.
• Understanding of Alberta Employment Standards Act and other labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and questions in a timely manner.
• Provide advice and recommendations to organizations for resolution of daily issues.
• Conduct HR research and analyze metrics to improve decision making.
• Assist with various HR programs and projects.
