Job summary

A global technology consulting firm is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, knowledge of the SIAM Service Delivery model, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include managing project scope and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. This position allows for remote work initially, transitioning to on-site in downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and a strong knowledge of SIAM Service Delivery model.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Platform key concepts and Agile/Test Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project meets deliverables within budget and quality standards.
  • Effectively communicate expectations to team members.
