• Calls and receives calls from clients.
• Schedules appointments with clients for benefits.
• Presents and explains insurance products over Zoom.
• Completes applications for insurance products.
• Attends ongoing training sessions.
• Sells and upsells insurance to clients.
• Completes tasks required for client approval.

Job Responsibilities

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility
• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career
• Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing clients
• Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for their coverage
