Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in document handling, DTP, or similar roles.
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with CAT tools, preferably Phrase.
  • Working knowledge of AODA and WCAG accessibility principles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and clean source files for translation.
  • Support accessibility-aware document handling.
  • Format translated documents for consistency.
  • Review translated files for structural and accessibility risks.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to improve document handling.
