Counsellor or Social Worker, Anywhere in Saskatchewan, Permanent Full Time, fully remote

Must reside in Saskatchewan

Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital (video and/ telephone) counselling services for the TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan.

  • Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.
  • Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients throughout the change process.
  • Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety.
  • Deliver exceptional clinical services while embracing the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning.
  • Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model.
  • Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Work independently within a shared office space alongside experienced clinicians.
What you bring:
  • Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
  • Registration with Professional College or Association;
  • Ability to setshort termobjectives and use a solution focused approach;
  • Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases, including clients who are a threat to self or others;
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients;
  • Previous counselling experienced working with professionals an asset
