Counsellor or Social Worker (EAP & WSP Program)

Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital counselling services for the TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan.

Our Counsellors:
  • Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting clients dealing with complex life challenges.
  • Support clients in taking an active role in the change process by working from a strength-based approach.
  • Provide excellent clinical services and embrace the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning.
  • Manage administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's clinical models.
Core qualifications and skills:
  • Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Registration with a Professional College or Association.
  • Ability to set short-term objectives and use a solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases, including clients who are a threat to self or others.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients.
  • Previous counselling experience working with professionals is an asset.
