Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timeline, and procurement needs.
  • Conduct supplier qualification and local market research.
  • Initiate and track the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and purchase requests.
  • Manage contract preparation, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Lead efforts to promote safety and integrity within the workplace.
  • Organize and maintain the Canadian Real Estate team's archive library.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management.
  • Experience in industrial real estate project management, including contract management.
  • Strong background in project management and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Ariba.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingual).
