We are seeking Online Canada-Bound Adult ESL Instructors to meet increasing demand in our educational sector. Opportunities for advancement and a youth program are also available.

Position Information:

• Full-time or part-time roles teaching mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings
• $15.50 to $18.00 CAD per hour, with semi-annual pay increases of $0.50 and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker with a neutral accent
• Canadian citizenship
• Bachelors degree from a Western or English‑speaking institution

• Reliable, high-speed internet (no Wi‑Fi), webcam, and headset
• Minimum availability of 15 hours/week during peak times:
  • Sunday‑Thursday: 5 pm‑8 pm ET
  • Monday‑Friday: 5 am‑11 am ET

• Punctual, reliable, and immediately available to start
• Willingness to adjust schedules for Daylight Saving Time changes
