Responsibilities
  • Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch offerings, overcome objections, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to deliver accurate information and compelling value propositions.
  • Follow-Up & Retention: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in virtual team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive remote work culture.
