Track, analyze and present the quarterly rehabilitation budget expense reports to policy holders.
Direct contact/meeting with policyholders, union representatives, plan members, physicians and other health care professional.
Develop, monitor and implement innovative vocational rehabilitations services and goal orientated rehabilitations plans for claimants in receipt of short and long term disability benefits.
Coordinate the services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers.
Contribute to the overall profitability of Group Disability by facilitating timely return to work for claimants.
Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide reports outlining recommendations.
Participate in client meetings as part of the team representing Financial.
Deliver web based presentations to National Rehab team on the topic of Effective Communication.
