Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Toronto is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Inpatient Low Tolerance Long Duration Rehabilitation Unit. The role involves providing patient care, evaluating nursing interventions, and working with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and preferred experience in geriatric rehabilitation. Qualifications

  • Current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing is required.
  • Current BCLS Level C certification required.
  • Previous geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, quality client/family centred health care services.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions including medication administration.
  • Work within an interdisciplinary care team to meet personal care and recreation needs.
