Candidates are invited to apply for the position detailed below Extendicare Michener Hill, a continuing care facility located in Red Deer Alberta. This facility is home to 220 Continuing Care beds and 60 Designated Assisted Living Beds.

Reporting to: Director of Care

Registered nurses use critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills to provide compassionate and safe patient care.

  • Completion of an accredited nursing education program
  • Active or eligible registration with CARNA
  • 1 year LTC experience
  • 1 – 2 years Clinical experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience with MDS 2.0
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare

CPR and First Aid Certification considered an asset
