Tsawaayuus Rainbow Gardens is a culturally inclusive long‑term care and assisted living community operated by the WestCoast Native Health Care Society. Rooted in Indigenous values, traditions, and a deep commitment to community, we provide a continuum of care that includes 44 complex care beds, 10 assisted living units, and 68 independent living apartments. Designed to honour the physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of Elders, our home supports holistic wellness in a warm, respectful, and welcoming environment.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Nurse (RN) plays a key role in delivering culturally safe, person‑centred care within Tsawaayuus Rainbow Gardens. The RN provides scheduled and unscheduled nursing services, ensuring clinical excellence across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. This role upholds all provincial regulations, professional standards and organisational policies while actively supporting a holistic model of care that honours the physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural needs of Elders. The RN provides clinical leadership to care staff, contributes to care planning, supports family engagement and promotes wellness within a respectful, inclusive environment that reflects Indigenous values and traditions.
