We are hiring a Registered Behaviour Analyst – Contract - Full Time

The Registered Behaviour Analyst will provide specialized clinical leadership in the assessment, development, implementation, and monitoring of behaviour support strategies for persons supported by Community Living Dufferin (CLD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts functional assessments including analysis and interpretation of results
  • Designs and develops Behaviour Support Plans according to best practices of applied behaviour analysis.
  • Collaboratively conducts on site clinical supervision of direct service delivery of clinical programming.
  • Collaborates with the Area Administrator (Clinical Department) and consulting professionals to develop a systematic method of program evaluation to measure the individual’s progress, as well as to improve service delivery.
  • Ensures that all clinical documentation, reports and files are appropriately stored and handled securely.
  • Provides clinical input, advice and direction regarding behaviour intervention including development and implementation of Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Oversees the programming of individuals including analysis of data; making data driven program changes; writing and updating Behaviour Support Plans and other support plans/protocols; attend/organize team meetings and work as part of a team.
Educational and Job Requirements
  • Experience supporting individuals with a developmental disability, behaviour disorder, and/or dual diagnosis.
  • Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) or in the process of obtaining.
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour supports and Ontario Regulation 299/10.
