We’re looking for a proven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and increase sales efforts, grow revenue, and manage key customer and distributor relationships within the Canada West region.

About the job

As a Regional Sales Manager for Canada West, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate must reside in the western region of Canada, conveniently located near a major airport, as this position requires frequent travel. Up to 50% of your time will be spent meeting clients and partners in person.

Your primary responsibilities will involve managing and expanding relationships with military and law enforcement agencies, as well as working closely with distributor partners throughout the region. This position is a key member of our Sales team and reports directly to the Director of Sales, North America, providing you with opportunities to influence regional growth and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own regional revenue, forecasting, and pipeline performance
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
  • Support closing high-value, strategic deals
  • Provide market, competitive, and customer insights to leadership
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and drive sales process discipline
  • Provide customer support & first line of troubleshooting
About you
  • 5+ years of sales experience; 2+ years in a sales role or/and equivalent military/policing experience
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas and growing a region
  • Strong forecasting, territory planning skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building
  • Experience with distributors/partners is a plus
  • Experience with C4ISR system
