JOB SUMMARY The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales and business development across Ontario, driving growth for the company’s innovative solutions. This role involves managing the provincial sales team, executing strategic initiatives, and expanding partnerships with end-users, contractors, service providers, and OEMs. The position focuses on promoting advanced HVAC solutions that leverage digital technologies, IoT, analytics, and optimization strategies to drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and position the company as a leader in building lifecycle performance.
