The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is a dynamic sales leader, relentlessly driving new business opportunities and expanding market presence. This role is focused on actively prospecting, engaging, and converting new customers within the hospital, health authority, and long-term care sectors, as well as with Architects, Engineers, and consultants.
The RSD drives business growth in the hospital, health authority, and long-term care sectors by generating new opportunities.
Develop mutually agreeable revenue expectations with assigned distributors and manage them on the timeliness, quality, and development of new opportunities in their pipeline for fulfilling their targeted revenue goals.
Actively developing sales relationships with the hospital, health authority, long-term care sectors, as well as with Architects, Engineers, and consultants.
Continuously keep accurate pipeline and forecasting margin of error ±10%.
Provide assigned distributors with assistance on product knowledge, system design, quotes, RFP responses, and any other items to assist them in their selling process.
