Qualifications

• 5 years experience in Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurant.
• Experience in Operations considered.
• MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Perfect Guest Experience by building relationships with Managers and Franchisees.
• Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure brand standards adherence.
• Coach employees and Managers to enhance operational performance.
• Identify gaps in operating standards and improve Guest satisfaction.
• Lead new Restaurant openings and help achieve business goals.
