Job description

As a Regional Manager, People & Culture for our Edmonton, Saskatchewan and Ottawa Homes teams, you’ll be the operational heartbeat connecting strategy to execution. You’ll partner with regional leaders who build, sell, and create — helping them make sharper people decisions, faster. You’ll challenge assumptions, push for accountability, and ensure our people practices fuel results, not bureaucracy.

This isn’t a “support” role. It’s an impact role. You’ll lead from the front, have the credibility to push back when it matters, and have the operational savvy to see around corners. You’ll dive deep into the business, understanding how construction, land, and development actually run — then use that insight to guide better leadership decisions, performance management, and culture alignment.

You’re not here to play it safe — you’re here to make things better. If you love solving problems, coaching bold leaders, and creating clarity in the chaos, this is your seat at the table.

As an Edmonton based role the successful candidate will support Saskatchewan and Ottawa remotely with the expectation of travel every other month. In Edmonton, this person will operate largely out of our field office with 25% of their time spent in our downtown corporate location. They will also travel to our Edmonton sites once a week.

Essential Functions
  • Lead from the Field: Immerse yourself in our construction and land operations to understand how work really gets done — then use that insight to influence hiring, performance, and organizational decisions that drive results.

  • Build Strong Leadership Muscle: Coach leaders through difficult conversations, performance issues, and organizational change. Help them evolve from reactive management to proactive leadership.
  • Drive Culture that Works: Be the on‑the‑ground champion of our entrepreneurial, bold culture. You’ll keep the spirit of ownership and accountability alive in every meeting, policy, and conversation.
  • Transform How We Work: Partner with corporate P&C to tailor programs that fit regional realities.
  • Navigate the Grey: Handle complex employee relations issues with judgment, fairness, and discretion. Find the balance between empathy and accountability.
  • Fuel Growth: Execute people initiatives that attract, retain, and grow talent. Align leadership capability, workforce planning, and succession strategies to operational goals.
