The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in Recreation or a related field and previous experience working with seniors. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This role plays a key part in enhancing the quality of life for residents within the retirement residence.

Reporting to the Active Living Manager, the Active Living Aide assists in the planning, organization and implementation of meaningful programs for the residents.
