Centennial Honda is looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team in our new, modern facility!

NOW HIRING: Receptionist

LOCATION: Centennial Honda, Summerside, Prince Edward Island

HOURS: Full time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

WAGES: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour + benefits. Negotiable based on experience.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently, taking messages if necessary.
• Greet all customers warmly, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Direct individuals to the appropriate department or employee.
• Handle all sales administration tasks, including inventory setup and vehicle file maintenance.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.
