Cuelenaere LLP is a full-service law firm with expertise in a wide range of legal areas, including litigation, family law, real estate, corporate commercial matters, wills, and estates. We have a number of lawyers who practice in the area of Real Estate law. We are seeking to add an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to assist our growing Real Estate practice.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Saskatoon, SK, for a Real Estate Paralegal. The role involves preparing mortgage and sale documents, completing statements of adjustment, conducting due diligence, managing reporting obligations to clients and lenders. The Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with lawyers to ensure that transactions and projects are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting the delivery of exceptional client service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Purchase and Sale Document Preparation and the ability to draft, edit, and review transactional materials accurately
  • Strong skills in conducting Due Diligence , including title searches, tax searches and complying with lender conditions
  • Experience managing Title Insurance processes and understanding procedures for registrations and land titles related matters
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle a significant number of closings each month
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accuracy in work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a team and interacting with clients
