We are a fast paced environment that takes pride in designing and deploying the best telecom network in Canada by bringing the most recent technology to our customers. Leverage your experience and knowledge of telecommunications specifically in the areas of Real Estate.
You are a people person and master negotiator. Not only are you able to navigate the complexities, but you thrive in the negotiations and acquisition of land leases, municipal approvals and permitting of telecommunication facilities. Furthermore, your collaborative nature serves you well as you assist in the formulation of municipal land use authority and provincial policies related to the approval process and federal requirements.

Location: Any major Canadian city
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position\'s main responsibilities given its national scope.
Salary Range: $91,000-$137,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
