Objectives of this Role
  • Receive and convert leads in a timely manner
  • Develop and work with clients to fulfil their real estate needs
  • Determine property value through skilled comparative market analysis
  • Develop business networks and collaborate with contractors, mortgage lenders, and lawyers
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market standards, mortgage financing, neighbourhoods, schools, and all buying and selling considerations
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, listing and purchase agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
  • Attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to learn about real estate markets.
Requirements
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree
  • Knowledge of local area and properties
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of the difference between empathy and sympathy and customer service and customer experience.
  • Bonus if you have strong connections with mortgage originators/banks, title companies, real estate lawyers, architects, and contractors
Availability
  • Weekdays, evenings and weekend availability
  • Fulfill office duty obligations
