Job summary

A leading engineering staffing provider is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Planner in Lloydminster, Alberta. The successful candidate will develop maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and collaborate with teams to optimize preventive maintenance programs. Ideal applicants must have 10+ years of experience in Planning and Reliability within the Oil and Gas sector and strong SAP PM module knowledge. This contract is for one year, starting February 2026, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• 10+ years of Planning and/or Maintenance & Reliability experience in Oil and Gas.
• Knowledge and experience with safe work practices in oil and gas.

Responsibilities

• Lead closure of site-specific Preventive maintenance program gaps.
• Develop maintenance programs for new facilities or expansions.
• Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) tools.

Skills

Planning and Maintenance Experience in Oil and Gas

Strong knowledge of SAP PM module

Experience in large facility operating environments

Knowledge in failure investigation

Change management experience
